Passports:
Except for the Benin, Burkina, Faso,
Mali, Mauritania, Niger,
Senegal and Togo nationals who have
a national ID card, the others should have a passport that is valid for
another 6 months from the intended length of stay at the place.
Visas:
All the people excluding
the following require visas:
Ø
Nationals of other ECOWAS
countries (Benin, Burkina, Faso, Cape Verde, Central African Republic,
Congo (Rep), Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali,
Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo) for a stay
of maximum 3 months period.
Ø
Nationals of Andorra,
Chad, Monaco, Morocco, Seychelles, Tunisia and Vatican City for a stay
for a period of 3 months.
Ø
Passengers on an onward
journey; leaving on the same or the first connecting flight within 12
hours, on the condition that they hold an onward or return journey
documentation and also, they should not leave the airport.
Price of different kinds
of Visas:
Based on the nationality
of the person, the prices differ. For UK Nationals, the price range is
as follows:
Tourist, Business
and Transit:
£35 for a single-entry
£45 for
multiple-entry
Validity:
The Visa is valid for a period of three
months.

Travellers over one year of age are required to have
a yellow fever vaccination certificate.

require the Ministry of Security to authorize well in advance, namely: Afghanistan,
Albania, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cambodia, Chile, China
(PR), Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, Jordan, Korea (Dem
Rep), Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Philippines,
Singapore, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syrian Arab Republic, Thailand, Vietnam
and Yemen.

days to obtain the same.
